Hi,
I am lets say cranky in buying a new battery. Currently having a joyetech twist 650mah.
i want a battery that is around the size of 90mm-110mm in length and up to 18mm width have vv and last longer than the twist.
i was looking for the vision spinner
Vision Spinner Variable Voltage 1300mAh eGo Battery
but i have heard from a lot of people that they brake and fail easily from the first months.

Then i found the mini lambo 6.9 fro l-rider
Mini Lambo 6.0 from L-Rider - Advanced E-Cig Body - Advanced Mods - E-cig Devices | Go-Liquid Ltd UK
but from what i heard the 14500 battery will actually have less vaping time than an ego twist 650mah so i don't want to go around with 4-5 batteries and need to change them every 2-3 hours.

the other battery i was thinking is the slb ego-v v3 mega 1300 mah
SLB eGo-V v3 MEGA battery 1300mah PassThrough variable voltage 3-6V and variable wattage 3-15W
it has a big battery all the specs that a mod has but its 130mm in length.

and last i found this on eBay
eGo Twist 1300mAh Variable Voltage Battery same quality as Joytech Vision | eBay
but since is a no-name battery don't know if i can trust it.

The other two... no chance....especially not the eGo v3.
why you don't recommend the ego v3 seems decend and has large battery

saw the iTaste VV V3.0 but i think its a little bit overpriced. it has only an 800mah so it will prob only last like 30 min more than my twist 650.forgot to mention that my twist 650mah lasts me around 4 hours. i know that a 1300 mah wont last me a day but if it can last me around 7-8 hours it will be great.

I have a half a dozen ego style batteries around of all sorts of sizes and capacities.

A few things I have noticed:

Knockoffs are inconsistent. I have a cheap, knockoff 1100ma twist that only lasts as long as a 650ma non twist Kanger. Used between 3.5 to 3.8 volts that big 'ol cheapy batt is done in 4 hrs. My 1100ma vision lasts 6 to 8 hrs, easy.

I have a 900ma cheapy that lasts just as long as the vision though, go figure...

My 650ma Kanger vv batts last as long as my 1100ma Smok winder.

Cheap knockoffs are just that, cheap. My name brand batteries seem consisent throughout their lifespan. My cheapies seem to decline more rapidly.

The rubberized finish on the Kanger batteries feel great in my hand also.

For me, the Kanger vv batteries are my go to ego battery for every day out and about use. Durable enough to toss in my pockets and to withstand dropping. Feel dood in my hand. Cheap enough to not worry about.

I have broken a couple of knockoffs so far but my Visions and Kangers stand up to fairly rough service.

Jmho anyway.

The iTaste seems like an option but with just an 800mah battery I don't think it would be an all day battery without a charge. Not a deal breaker if you can plug in as its a pass through I believe so you can still Vape while charging. I am usually not able to plug in anywhere all day so it wouldn't be my first choice due to that.

Its all a matter of what you are really looking for.

Amongst eGo style batts, I have had nothing but good performance from the Kanger Evod batts, both the regulated 3.7 volt and variable voltage models.

The Innokin iTaste 3.0, IMHO, although an eGo variant, is much more with its ability to utilize both vv and vw, resistance checking and battery checking, with the added benefit of pass through charging. Yes, it is more pricey than an eGo vv, but brings more to the table.

Better yet however, is the Innokin MVP 2. With 2600 mah...and an efficient 2600 mah at that (lasts longer than other mods I own using a 2600 mah 18650 batt) you would have to be a MASSIVE vaper to run through a charge in one day! It is a box style mod, and yes, it is a larger "carry" than an eGo vv...on the other hand, an eGo 1300 vv is such a long battery that I do not see it as a convenient carry anyway.

Getting into that size battery, the box style of the MVP 2 to me is more practical.

+1 to the Innokin iTaste VV V3 *if* you are near a USB port during the day. The passthrough feature works great, and can charge while you vape to get you through the day with one battery.

I bought mine last week, and it was only about $5 more than the Spinner, so it's only about 20% more expensive. I haven't done a direct comparison over time, but the ability to confirm/check coil resistance, set wattage instead of just voltage, and having a passthrough option to extend my vaping day (added bonus of doing so with a smaller form factor) made the extra money totally worth it.

The performance has been fantastic, and unlike the mini-cig batteries I started with, the vapor is consistent for hours of vaping. Puff 200 is as strong as puff one! Love that! I can't imagine anything in that price range doing better. I've vaped a ProVari custom mod built by a friend, which was incredible, but also ten times the price and not ten times the performance, for sure.

I have the Kanger EVOD Spinner and the iTaste 3.0 and use the ProtankII and honestly, I don't see that much difference in the battery life of the battery. Maybe the EVOD lasts a little longer but I have never really clocked it. I can tell you that in the time I am at work, about 9 hours, I have to switch to my back-up before I leave regardless of which one I start with.

There are some trade-offs and you have to find your priority so if you want a long lasting one, the MVP2 will get your the furthest without having to re-charge or change batteries.

The iTaste 3.0 and the MVP2 have the pass-thru function with is a life saver IMO

Keep in mind that the higher you run your battery, the quicker it is going to need a chargin.

The Sigelei Zmax Telescopic V3 is a good choice for a mini tube mod. V5 adds some extras. With a 18350 750mAh battery it's only 100mm long x 23mm. With 18490/18500 battery at 1100mAh it's still only 111mm long. Single piece stainless steel 510/eGo threading. Removable top cap for easy cleaning. VV/VW. With 18650 2000mAh it's 127mm long but that is no longer a mini.

Zmax V3_ZMAX_SIGELEI Electronic Cigarette -

Prices vary from as little as $39.95 for body only. Kits and vendor warranties vary too. Many vendors are out of stock on V3 and V5 due to Chinese New Year shortages.

Yes saw the zmax and got hold on it but for me its fat.
My first mod was 17mm in diameter and used 14650 1100 mAh batteries. Other than feeling thicker I found the difference in diameter from 17mm to 23mm to be negligible for the purpose pf pocket carrying the device. For pocket carrying a tube mod the length is the important factor: the shorter the better.

Sigelei Zmax is very different from Smok Zmax. Different companies, different product.

Ok, Main reason that i want a battery that is not too big and fat is because i ride a big bike so i need to carry it on me. Yzer you said your first mod was 17mm. which one was it ???. I know a lot of you suggest me the itaste that is 800mah. 800mah is just too low. i currently have a 650mah. so paying for only 150mah doesnt worth it. i need something that will last me atleas 6 hours. the twist now lasts me around 4 hours

If you want a tube shaped battery with big capacity, I recommend a Vision Spinner 1300 mAh. If you don't mind a box shape--get an iTaste MVP--2600 mAh.

Sigeli Zmax is big and heavy, especially with a 18650 battery, in comparison.
