OK. I order a vision spinner 1300mah (vendor was out of stock). From what i read on the net these spinners have voltage regulation right ?
so if i put it at 4v it will give me 4v rather that the joyetech that is pulsing. i am also considering of buying the sigelei zmax telescope v3.
with 18350 batteries is only 99mm long but again 22mm diameter
