I am looking for a good starter kit that has a pcc at least 2 batteries and won't break the bank. I tried the mystic from Wal-Mart. I didn't like it at all. Went to the mall and tried the Tec e cig I like it but $100 is a lil hard to swallow.so any suggestions are welcome.
I even looked at the blu but the price of carts. No thanks lol

If you go to Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail and get couple eGo Twist and couple of Vivi Nova then you are set. Don't use cigarette like e-cig, they are horrible with battery time, PCC charge time taking forever. I have a friend, he bought one of cigarette like set and threw it away after 3 days and back to analogs.

I don't want to see you are wasting your money and back to the analogs as cigarette like won't give you satisfactory vape.

Thanks for the advice.I probably don't need a pcc.I was thinking it would be nice to have.I also need to be somewhat conservative as I am in IT and networking so I'm thinking maybe an 808 d1 might be a good battery for working since it is small but that is up in the air since I do go outside to smoke where ever I may be working out now

If you want something resembling an analog cigarette, a Volt is a great way to go. The equipment is dependable and produces great vapor, and Smokeless Image has some of the best customer service around. They also have the X2 if/when you want a battery that's a bit bigger.

A Volt kit is what got me to quit smoking when nothing else was working, and I didn't even want to quit when I got it.

I'll throw another vote to the volt. I restarted with a volt x2 and the ce3 clearos from smokeless image. They treated me very well (much better than the 510 cart setup I had 2 years ago). The USB pass through is very convenient, you can charge and vape simultaneously with very little fuss.

I recently ended up upgrading to an ego twist, and think its a little better, and the variable voltage means I can play around to try an get the best value out of different equipment and juices. I still keep the x2s around as backups, with an 808-510 adapter.

After wasting my money on BluCigs and then being a little happier with ProSmoke, this is exactly what I did...just from different vendors. I await the arrival of my new parts. However, I see this new setup as something I'll use at home and work. That leaves my Thursday dinner and beers with my friends...still looking for a good mini setup with PCC for that. Too many options to fathom!

I think Ray at Valley View Vapes has a nice starter. The 650mah batteries seem small after you've been vaping for awhile, but I started with them and found them a good place to begin, since they weren't intimidating. You can vape one while the other is charging. I have bigger batteries now, but I still use the 650s when I go out. eGo Twist 650 Starter Kit - Black

ETA: His kit comes with a polypro tank. I have one and really like it since it stands up to the cinnamon I like to vape.

I have tried the Volt, and it's somewhat "ok". But i would recommend you to skip that step and go directly for a Ego twist, since you no doubt in will see the limitations of a small, weak battery in a few weeks.

+1 on the vivi nova. The 2ml version fits perfectly on the twist, and vapes like a dream! Don't forget to buy some high quality juice, or you will be disappointed with the results. "SynAppse" from AltSmoke is my favorite.

Good luck!

So from what I've read so far it would seem that a 510 set up is the way to go.better options to allow for upgrades and other add ons. Is that correct or am I reading wrong?

I would defiantly go for a 510 connection. There is of course all type of adapters for different threads, but in my experience they are a pain in the ....

Get an ego K kit, comes with an engraved 1100mah ego style battery, charger, and a clearomizer, $18.99. After that, get some good juice, few more cartos/attys/drip tips. You can get a GOOD amount of stuff for $100 if you know where to look.

I agree 100%. Ego kits are a good place to start. Lots of experienced vaporers find them very convenient and continue using their Ego set ups.

There would be only 2 reasons I would have a PCC, and that is if I sat behind the wheel of my car all day, or in front of a laptop.

I would go for a eGo Twist or a Spinner. Both are variable volt, and I would say that you will be happier in the future if you were able to adjust voltage to suit a particular juice, or want to try different OHM heads. There is an advantage to owning variable volt.

i do spend alot of time behind the wheel.some days i average 5 hours or more behind a windshield sucks, but im thinking if i get a couple of batteries so i can keep one charging i wont need a pcc as long as i can get a usb charger that i can plug into my cig lighter.
Like i said i am looking at the ego twist or something similar just gotta figure out what to go with it lol

Get 3 stardusts, 2 mini vivi novas, and 1 kanger horizontal coil cartomizer. Get a collar for the novas too, to hide the ego threading.
