Missed it. Not happy. Thank You many times over for this.

Not at all.

If it bothers you as much as it bothers me, I suggest you send a message to their CEO--if we don't speak up, nothing will change.

allen@aspirecig.com

I emailed Mr. Liu and expressed my concerns--still waiting for an answer. :D

Thanks, I missed it. Looking around trying to see what fiberglass paper is, & found this. What do you think? It says high temp filtration. Ceramic Fiber Paper

No idea. Really. I'm concerned about those tiny particles that I saw in the video. I don't want shreds of fiberglass floating in my juice.

I brought it to Dr. Farsalinos's attention briefly--maybe he'll include it in his studies.

For now, I'm not going to use those coils, but that's just my--maybe misguided--decision.

Thanks for the addy, Katya, I'll do it. The video shows it's all wrapped in cotton, so I'm going to think about it. There was an article about the safety of the coils on their website a month ago that is gone now. But the post about the article is still on their FB page. It just doesn't go to the article. It just goes to their News page. So I regitered & asked on the forum.

If you wanna watch some reviews on different devices go to tasteyourjuice.com Pbusardo is one of the best reviewers. I added the link to the Istick but he has many more devices on his site

A PBusardo Review & Contest - The Eleaf iStick - YouTube

Thank for posting this link...this guys awesome.
I am all new to this vaping and my wife just started with a VUSE I picked for her last week just to see how she would like it and its worked out pretty good so far.
But...when she looked over and saw this video running of The Eleaf iStick.....she knew she had to make the step up to something more fun and serious.
Has anyone had any personal experience with the iStick? It seems close to the MVP2 but I know so little about this stuff that I could be way off!

Thanks!!

If u decide to go with a box mod, try the Eleaf iStick. Very compact, durable, powerful.. and cheaper. the MVP Killer! :2cool:

These box setups are interesting. I didn't even know this design was a thing until yesterday :p. The durability, wide profile, and high battery life are big pluses. Although the Eleaf is probably not as "short & fat" as I'd like.

It's inexpensive, widely inaccurate, totally cute and packs a wallop. If you're not a low wattage vaper and don't care about accuracy and RMS vs AVG and such detalis, you'll love it. I don't own one, but many of my ECF best buds do! They all hang out on this thread:

Don't know about MVP2 killer; the MVP is a work horse; it's very reliable and accurate and offers great, smooth vape quality comparable only to higher-end mods like ProVari and DNA. However, it's less powerful and not as sexy as the iStick. ;)

It's just a tad larger than a Bic lighter.

The unit itself seems to be a good size. I'm just wondering if I'm going to have issues with it sliding out of my shirt pocket when I move around too much. My V2 had this issue and caused me to lose one. The tall and slender profile made it hard to toss in my pocket fully assembled without having it move around. Which is where the MVP 2.0 seems to be more suited for me. It seems closer to a cellphone profile.

Just remember you can get a good vape at any budget. If you have a budget stick to it:). I have seen to many ppl going over board upgrading gear and not have the money to get juice or buy proper batteries and a charger. They are always gonna be making better devices and atomizers. Upgrading on cheap will give you time to try more juices and learn your vape style.

I am glad that you are stepping up from the Blu/Vuse type devices. After a little learning curve with VV/VW decice and good atty you'll wanna throw that cig-alike in the trash can:vapor:

Most mods are not shirt pocket friendly been there done that a few times. I work in the oilfield so I know you mean about wanting it to be pocket friendly. I carry my mod in my back pocket.

There are holsters available for any mod known to man. Most can be worn on your belt--just like cell phone holsters.

BTW, there is an MVP V3 coming out soon, probably just in time for Christmas. If you can wait, maybe it would be worth it.

Ok...now..I can't even thing about getting to bed now...you done flung a craving on me for one of these cuties....I had no idea that this e-cig business that I looked into about 5 years ago was headed this way....I'm a techie nerd and love these MVP V3s and such...gonna have to wait...maybe!!

Thanks for sharing..
