If you're interested, here's a good place to buy it.

Innokin iTaste MVP V2.0 - 101 Vape

You may possibly find a better price elsewhere--worth doing a search.

Anyway, I love mine. It's boxy--but it doesn't bother me. And the best bang for your buck. 2600 mAh, vv/vw, ohms reader--and it will charge your cell phone too.

I'll go with Katya on this. The MVP would be perfect for use when working a machine shop. It is tough and the charge will last days.

And it's smaller than a PCC. ;)

And it can be stored/carried around in a nifty holster:

I have one problem with the BVC coils. The filler in the coil head is fiberglass. Of course Aspire claims that it's safe. But that fiberglass mesh wrap crumbles like crazy--they even installed a filter at the mouth of the coil to capture fiberglass particles....

My sentiments exactly.

I watched Rip's video and decided I don't want that kind of filler in my tank. That material obviously deteriorates and crumbles and Aspire is aware of this--why would they install a mesh screen otherwise? And that screen is not going to catch those minuscule glass particles. I have no desire to inhale them--or to choke on them. :D

That's just my opinion--others may disagree. I prefer the poly filler used in Kanger's duals).

Go to 12:50 into the video:

I'm not a materials engineer, so I have no idea how dangerous it is--if at all. Let me know what you think.

I started out with a kanger evod variable voltage and a kanger mini protank 3

worked out great for a month or so, until i saw the eleaf istick. i'd highly recommend it for someone wanting more battery life and an OLED display. I actually ended up purchasing 2 of them on ebay by accident and my coworker bought the other immediately after seeing it

I was on ego style batteries like the Vision Spinner 2 to start. They are pretty ok for a beginning point, as the Variable Voltage is nice. But the build quality for someone who is active or works in a shop is questionable at best. They've got weak points and like to pop apart if you're bending, crouching, etc. Not a pocket friendly rig.

Just got one of the e-leaf iSticks, and it solved my problems. The box is easily hidden inside my hand, and putting a Nautilus or Kanger Aero mini on it would give you a cigarette like profile.form factor sticking up.

That filler in the bvc coils is ceramic, NOT fiberglass. No clue where you got that, first ive heard it. I saw the RipTrippers video, too. You do realize that he had to pump the volts up way beyond what a factory coil is made to take to get it to do that. These are not for 30 watts forever. There is an article about it on their site. I vape them, clean them, & keep going. Ceramic gets hotter, the screen is to stop juice spitting from the hotter coil. Ceramic is porous & soaks up & filters the juice better. Flavor on them is fantastic, makes the bdc's taste like garbage. One size coil fits both the big one & the mini. There is a smaller bvc that fits the smaller tanks. Their variable voltage ego style batteries are good, too. Battery + tank, put them on a lanyard around your neck & drop the whole thing in your shirt, 10ml plastic bottle of juice in your pocket. There when you want a hit. No leaving on a table somewhere.

I'm looking for some suggestions/recommendations on a starter kit. I've had a couple blu disposables, and the blu starter kit. I also had a V2 using both "factory" flavors and juice for a short time.

The main things i'm looking for are:
Included PCC (or even optional), which can hold a fully assembled unit, carts, and battery
Ability to switch to refillable carts (clearomizer) without sacrificing PCC fitment.

Extras that would be nice:
Variety pack of "factory" flavors in the kit
Compact, around the size of a standard 100.

Anything pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. :)

The V2 I tend to have issues carrying. Which is the same reason I'd like to find a PCC that can also hold an assembled unit.

I do a lot of bending, lifting, and generally moving around at work, and also tend to exchange things between pockets throughout the day. This usually results in me dropping the unit, or end up getting it covered in metal shavings or dents. (I work in a machine shop).

I had a PCC for the V2, but it only held carts and batteries. No assembled unit. Which meant either re-assembling several times or having a "floating" unit in my pocket.

The blu is just not that great IMO. Essentially zero "hit" with their carts, low vapor, and the batteries go dead very quickly. But the PCC is basically exactly what I am looking for.
Wow what an amazing amount of recommendations, and most are great I might add. I noticed a few things weren't addressed though and it seems like you don't need much more then you already have.

Questions:

How many diff flavors do you vape in a day?

How many cartos of each in a day?

Do you use auto or manual batteries?

Are you happy with the V2's throat hit and vapor production?

I think Katya was asking the right questions and the subject drifted. If your happy with the V2 and still have the PCC you mentioned I'd just purchase the case she recommended. It will fit your PCC and everything else but is bulky in a pocket.

It really depends on your answers then I'll give my two cents! You can keep it cheap or fall into the "vape spending zone", I've been doing the latter just cheap![emoji41]

I got it from Aspire's CEO. From the test report they sent out. :)

Not only is it fiberglass, it crumbles and shreds to small particles--Rip took a coil apart and touched the material. Look at his fingers--they are covered with sand-like grit. No heating involved--the mesh was cold.

Thx. I haven't been paying attention to that kind of stuff since about anything is better than smoking IMHO. I have to admit, I'm not excited to know about tiny little particles. I'd rather just vape on in happy blissful ignorance.
