Right now I've got an automatic eGo 650mAh Battery, but because I didn't know what I was doing, I've gotten juice in the pipe, and it's bled into the battery and charger.

Right now I'm looking for a kit that includes something equivalent to two eGo 650mAh (more or less) Batteries, a charger and cartomizer. I get my juice from Johnson Creek because I'm someone who started on Blu's disposables, and I can't afford to start the search for better juice.

In a perfect world, I'm looking for a place to get two batteries, a charger, and a cartomizer for around or under $20-$30. I think the max I can do right now is $40.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

i know you said automatic batteries HOWEVER, i want to seriously dissuade you from an auto battery

there are all sorts of associted problems with them and i'd say like 95% of long term vapers wont touch an auto battery

still it is your money and i dont want to get all preachy, just seriously, rethink that ok?

I'm still pretty new to this myself and have a lot to learn but from what I understand VG doesn't work well with tank systems. Johnson Creek juice is 100% VG. VG is thicker than PG so the tank wicks don't pull the juice to the atomizer properly. There may be tank systems that will work with 100% VG but I'm just not aware of them. I'm sure others here will be able to find the proper setup for you.

Hi - this is the kit I started with (although I paid much more). It's "old school," and many will say it's a waste of money because you will upgrade at some point, but I think that's fine. I got a good start from the kit, then went on to add clearos and tanks; a larger battery; then Twists. If I had started with a Twist, and had nothing to compare it to, I don't think I would have grasped the difference. Even when I got my Twists it took awhile before I understood what all the hype was about. The primary advantage of variable voltage is that you can adjust it to bring out the best flavors in juices, but I could hardly taste any juices for several months.

I still use the batteries & attys from the first kit, although it's currently being loaned to a friend: ElectronicStix.Com · Original Joye eGo Starter Kit with 510 Atomizers (650 mAh Kit)

johnson creak offers both Vg and PG but i dont think they offer a mix of both,i havent ordered from them in ages tho there juice always gave me a numb felling in my mouth so things there might have changed.

hello fellow saints fan!

VG has a hard time wicking in cartomizer tanks...there are tanks that wick without a cartomize such as the Vivi Nova...i would get the mini tank if i were you as he regular sized has some reports of leaking..best of luck

Hmm, might need to look into this.

Would I need PG Juice for something like this: eGo 650mAh w/ CE4 Clearomizer Blister Pack Starter Kit - MyFreedomSmokes.com

Yea... I really need the next step up from the eGo's.

The guy I bought it from on Amazon is absolutely AMAZING, and I'd point anyone in his direction, but when I got the eGo-T - I ran home to try it out and it gave me a few really good puffs before I got the blinking button telling me that it needed to be charged, so I charged it for the 2-3 hours that the packaging recommended I charge it for, but after doing so, I'm pulling nothing but cold air. No vape, no nothing.

The shop owner is sending me out a new battery, and he's been really understanding, but I think it's time I made a "I need to graduate from the eGo to something a little better" thread, and start finding out how much I need to save up to get something a little higher quality.

Yech.

I love my eGo-T setup. Sounds like yours was defective, mine have worked quite well for some time now.

That said, myfreedomsmokes has the eGo-T starter kit on sale for 40 right now.

Where do you buy your cartomizers, and how often do you buy them?

The battery seems to work with my old burned-out carto's, and I'm getting SOME vape, so maybe it's just a faulty carto.

Do you have the manual or the automatic eGo-T?
