I second the Vapor Station. When I first started vaping, I had absolutely no interest in baked goods or anything sweet. The Vapor Station Texas was the perfect substitute for my ultra light smoking. Depending on what your husband smoked, the Tampa may be better suited for him, as it was a little more line with a "full flavor" vape, at least to my taste buds.
I have heard good things about Vapor Stations tobaccos. I have a sampler coming so I can let you know in a few days how they are.
I gave up on this some time ago but now DH wants a good tobacco juice that's not sweet. I've tryed tons that were recommened to me when I was looking for the same thing and they were all over sweetened. Seems to be a hard question.
In the title to your post you mention "no flavors". Did you mean artificial flavors? If so you might want to check out Vaperite:
Tobacco
They have a number of tobacco flavors made from house-extracted tobacco, not artificial flavor. They offer a sampler pack where you pick the juices. I have one on the way. I'll let you know how they are.
I've tried about 10 different tobacco flavors. The smoothest tobacco flavor that I have tried is KENT flavor from Rocky Mountain Vapor: E-Liquid 10ML 24MG
