So guys I've been vaping for some time now and my go-to has been the nautilus mini, however I believe due to the nature of it's design it's allowing metal particulate (from the action of screwing the coil into the tank) into my juice. Nasty. So here I am, looking for the next easiest thing. I do have some experience rebuilding, any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

After using various gennies & drippers, my daily vape is the KayFun 3.1, loads of you tube videos on how to set them up, but very easy with silica, still quite easy with cotton. Under £15 for a good clone from FT, I do own 2 genuine KF's and 5 clones only one of the clones is un-usable, but it was the cheapest!

Good start to look at would be an EHPro Kayfun Lite Plus clone, under or around the $50ish USD range max. Like the RTA then you can look into an authentic Kayfun Lite Plus, a Russian, Orchid, Erlkonigen, Expromizer etc (Ranging in at $65 to $180ish USD depending on the device)

You can get the EHPRO Kayfun Lite + V2 at Fluid Vapes for $30. Great RTA, I have two.
Another vote for a Kayfun. You must not block the juice channels, other than that it's a very straightforward build and the flavor is great. You also don't need much power for it so a lot of standard regulated mods work fine with it.
So folks here's an update! I purchased a Smoktech RSBT which arrived today, couldn't be happier with it. I've heard it's a lot like a taifun or fogger v3 but I honestly wouldn't know. Anyway stay charged and vape on!
I prefer the KF 3.1 to the lite, I have both & find that the lite tends to whistle (as do the R91's) but the catch chamber on the 3.1 has a silencer effect, also it stops minor flooding from getting all over your mod.

As far as I know, there shouldn't be any metal particulate as a result of a common, necessary action. Eh? Sorry, I realize this thread is over more or less, but what? I have a Naut Mini and I've never noticed this.
Hassle free tank? Do they make a tank rebuildable or not that is hassle free? That would excite me! LOL

I was going to say the same thing! Also the kayfun lite + kit at FocalEcig is almost of equal quality and comes with the nano kit and steel midsection. Both have been great!
Yeah, I mean the only way I could assume it would happen would involve some SERIOUS grinding of the threads..
