I'm looking for a lighter mod with the following requirements:

Non-Proprietary batteries
Easy pushed button
Side push button
Preferably lighter than the P18 and the OmeGa

My wife has transferred over to my OmeGa since I've received my P18. Both devices are too heavy for her hard to operate due to her hands. Currently I'm looking at the Buzz, the BB, and the Silver Bullet. Please suggest other mods that fit these requirements.

Make one. I have a 5 volt lighter mod I made and another member used the same lighter for an unregulated one. It's in the modders section under 3 minute lighter mod and the 5 volt I made is in the same thread.
This is not a very good picture of mine.

Saber Touch mini maybe he even has the gorgeous sparkle pink one out for breast awareness out this month. I have bad hands and own the 5V regulated and have had no hand issues with it the mini is half the size of mine. The sensor touch button takes no pressure at all to operate. The 5yr warranty was also a big selling point for me. She can check them out here Flash Intro Page

The Silver Bullet is larger than the Omega, so that's presumably out. The BB is a good bet, uses very noticeably lighter batteries, which is where all the weight is.
