I bought all my stuff from Cignot, and I plan on doing that again.

All the 510 stuff. Ended up with several kits. But I don't mind simply abandoning my old stuff, and moving on. I did notice some of the e-go kits use 510 parts. Don't care one way or the other...

Anyway, looking at the e-go kits, and I'm a bit confused. Maybe someone can give me a recommendation. Cignot doesn't seem to have replacement/accessories for these things. Or I'm looking at the website wrong.

Knowing it's a bad idea to ask for advice on a board this diversified, I'll do it anyway. But I'll give you some criteria to work with.

My 510 experiences...

Carts leak if left alone too long
Charging batteries too much
Adding fluid constantly, even with the different mods
Have never killed an atomizer, or a battery.
Cigarettish shape.
PCC died rather quickly, but, liked the option.
Love the manual batteries, hate the autos..

Anyway, I would like to buy something decent, and not sure of the e-go, a b c d, t this f that.... and money is not an issue.

What does "twist" mean?

The Twist is a variable voltage eGo made by Joye. You can select any voltage between 3.2 volts and 4.8 volts by Twisting the knob at the bottom. They will hold the voltage you choose, without dropping under load or fading as the charge gets less. This is also one of it's drawbacks, there is no indication, other than the time you have spent vaping, that the battery is about to shut off.

You can use any 510 threaded or eGo threaded device on them, so what you have already is not useless. The optimum resistance is 2.5 ohm because that allows you to use the full range of voltages if you wish. The Star Dust (Vision eGo clearomizer), Vivi Nova 2.5, and Fluxomizers work best with them but any 510 device will work.

They provide a consistent vape from beginning to end and are a Great device for the money.

Nice description of the twist... Are they all manual? As an engineer, I see how that would be awesome.

They are a manual battery.

Auto batteries pose a risk (however small) of shorting out the battery if liquid gets inside the air hole.

Manual batteries give slightly better battery life and you can press the button slightly ahead of taking a draw. Auto batteries frequently needed a "primer puff" to start heating the coil.

The next improvement to come will be tanks and cartos that have sealed ends and the air hole will be external, rather than down the center, preventing juice from leaking directly onto the electrical connection.

Things are improving rapidly and there are many design improvements in the works to make things safer and more efficient.
