Looking for a new RTA (Goliath V2/Griffin/Gemini/VCMT)

Hi folks,

I'm currently looking for a new RTA tank. Currently I enjoy my Squape R, Squape Rs and Geekvape Avocado.

I can't decide between the Youde Goliath V2, the Geekvape Griffin, Vaporesso Gemini or the VCMT Vapor Cloudz tank ....

I enjoy build quality and I don't like wobbly devices due to orings not sitting perfectly or due to orings beeing a slighty off size. I also prefer threads beeing smooth rather than crunchy.

Usually I'm building single or dual coils, somwhere around .4 to 1.5 ohms.

Juices I vape are usually 50PG/50VG


What would you recommend?

Out of those choices I would pick the griffin. I have one and it's not my favorite tank but it does vape well. I don't like the wicking style though and the wicking itself is not too good. Everything else is good though.

I would recommend the Boreas or Aromamizer Superme over all those though. I have the Aromamizer and this thing is nuts. I am vaping it at 100w and no dry hits. This thing can go up to 200w with the right build, I tried it. The wicking is also insane. It is my new favorite tank.

The Boreas, I don't have one yet, but it is supposedly better then the Aromamizer Supreme. These are the top 2 tanks out right now in my opinion.

I only have experience with the Griffin (clone) and the Goliath v2. The Goliath has slightly better flavour, IMO, but the Griffin is so much easier to use that it's worth it. As others have mentioned, the Aromamizer Supreme might be worth a shot. Has all the features of the Griffin (except the top airflow option of the latest Griffin model). It's 25 mm though, and more expensive than the Griffin (based on the official price).
