Looking for a PV and Some Good Liquid

I have been reading threads but decided to post my own because I have a few specific questions and concerns. I really appreciate your help here!

I have been smoking purely kr808d and, well, I'm sick of it. I want a PV!

My budget is under $100, in a budget pinch atm. I'm looking at the following models:

LavaTube
Vapage V-mod
Apollo V-Tube

Which would you recommend???

Do I need to get an eGo tank or something like that in addition to these products? Can anyone recommend a particularly good setup? I can buy a mod or something.

Who has some good, cheap e-liquid or can recommend some?

I have done a bit of research into personal vaporizers but I find it hard to find specifics like what I'm looking for and I'm a bit overwhelmed..any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for the help everyone

Hi Tyler. Welcome to the ECF. I would say apollo. They have (i Think ) a special running. Plus the apollo looks to me like its built a little nicer than the plastic capped LT. I hav never owned any of these but if this was a question i was posing to mysel I would go with the apollo.
As far a in expensive liquid my favorite vendor( Good Prophets) is running a special for this month. GP USA Liquid 10 ml bottle for 1.99, And they have some very good liquids on top of being very inexpensive.
While you are there take a look at the ViVi nova. If you are looking for a great performing tank style atty these are hard to beat Vision CE2 ViVi Nova V2 5ml Tank And please dont put an eGo-t setup on your new device, that would be a travesty(in my opinion). From GP anything over $30 is shipping is free. And as a backup just pick up a box of cartomizers in 3ohm to go on your new device, I recommend the Boge units. Good Luck. Happy Vaping.

Apollo VTube. Why? Better quality constructiion=longer lasting device. As far as what to put on that puppy? VIVI Nova or a Phiniac tank, depending on your budget, and whether you prefer the CE2's or Boge cartos. As far as good cheap juice, I'll have to let someone else answer that one, I'm a DIY'er...so the cheapest juice is the juice I make myself.:D

LavaTube
Vapage V-Mod
Apollo V-Tube
LavaTube= Apollo VTube= KightRider= Lambo....all the same PV just different names and are VV/ variable volt which means you can dial the voltage up or down. The Vapage V-Mod is in a completely different class and to up the voltage you have to change batteries. It's also a "bottom Feeder". IMO the best deal is the Apollo VTube with the promo:
Promotion: You can use code 'vtube30' to get 30% discount while our vtube stock lasts.
Do I need to get an eGo tank or something like that in addition to these products?
Stay away from the eGo tanks as many are having issues with it. I'd suggest to start out with

Good Luck.

Apollo VTube, have a pair of them and they are a great value. Get some extra batteries to keep in the rotation though. I have 2 ViVi Nova tanks on the was as they come highly recommended by folks on ECF that I respect...

Link to VTube, use code "vtube30" as has been mentioned:

Apollo VTube Kit

As far as liquid - get a sampler pack from any reputable vendor. You'd probably hate what I like as taste is very subjective...

You've got some good advice. One more little point for when you are explaining what you are doing to others:

It's VAPING not smoking. None of us want to be associated any longer with smoking.

Good point. And I've taken Sailorman's signature to heart, so I don't describe my PV as an "electronic cigarette." I tell people it's a vaporizer.

I'd go with the vv apollo for the PV, for the atty/carto I'd spend a little more up front and get a rebuildable one. I personally use the Bulli A2 tank atomizer. Its expensive upfront but saves you tons of money down the road. Replacing the coil and wicks when the performance starts to fade cost only pennies vs. $5-20 for most attys/carts. I've literally tried hundreds of attys and cartos and have yet to find one that compares to the performance of the Bulli A2 Tank.

I would only go with the vmod if you prefer direct dripping with an atty. The vmod is a bottom feeder/gravity feeder Their premium kit is like 90 bucks or so. I don't know anything about the lava tube or the apollo so I really can't comment on them. I was looking into the vmod myself a while back, went with the reo, but vmod is a decent enough little pv if you want to use an atty, it works on cartos to, but if you want to use cartos, I'd go with something variable voltage with a tank rather than a bottom feeder/gravity feeder pv.
