Looking for a recipe to duplicate Carmelnut Mocha

Hi everyone - hope you're having a great Saturday.

I am looking for a recipe to DIY Carmelnut Mocha, a coffee juice from High Desert Vapes. It's a not-too-sweet coffee with notes of chocolate, almond, and caramel. I love it and I really want to be able to make something at least similar. Anyone have a recipe?
