Looks like a solder point failed to the 510 of a lost vape halcyon. Obviously out of warranty.

Unfortunately my soldering skills leave little to be desired and so if anyone knows of somewhere I can send it to in California the information is much appreciated.

I live and work in East Bay so the closer the better.

If they can't solder at your vape shop then you can
-look for some electronics hobbyists nearby, they'll have a website (preferable, they'll likely work for a few cold ones)
-go to an electronics shop that does repairs

Edit:
Those guys might do it or at least know who to send you to
East Bay Amateur Radio Club
