Looking for a short 18650 VV mod

I'm looking for one where the atty(a 23mm diameter one) sits next to the battery not on top of it, kinda like this:

not interested in 18350's. VV/VW either works, anybody know one?

How much wattage? If less than 15 you could go Kato 18650 (18500/kick). Maybe a bottom feeder, like Bilet Box.
