The original Gripper is really cute and stealthy. But, my brother bought one when they first came out. And, it lasted him just a few days. It's cheaply built, and the 510 connection isn't solid.

It might work for you if:
  • you don't over-tighten
  • you don't tend to drop things
  • you don't need VV

i have a couple of the grippers w/an extension that i use with my VVN. I use it all day
everyday unless im using one of my ego's.
I have had it fall off of my end table several times and it still works fine.
that said for 14 bucks it is what it is an inexpensive PV.
I dont think it is meant to really last a long time but if it works til i can decide on
what i want for a *nice* vv mod and a mech mod than i will be happy.

Wow! Of course, it's not going to last too long, not for that price. But, that's not bad at all.

I guess I shouldn't base my opinions on my brother's experiences instead of on my own.

Thanks for the info.

ETA: I just looked at your review and at MadVapes. It does look nicer that the one my brother had. His wasn't rubberized. Nice review by the way!
