looking for a starter kit from company that has good support

i really liked the starter kit from gotvapes.com but wanted to see if i could change the battery and see wat spares i should order with it but they have no phone support and im not a fan of waiting for emails back and forth. any good recommendations for starter kits that have good phone support? also i am looking for a starter kit that has a clear tank but doesnt look like a ...., if that makes any sense

My go to store is Clouds of vapor..they have a great customer support system. Have never called them but there thread here on ECF is great with many members to help answer questions.

I never had a problem with either one.

Sorry they didn't get you the answers you were looking for, I know Gotvapes is a reputable company and i'll keep doing business with them. That said, if the starter kit you were looking at was an ego kit, no, you can't change the battery. They are solid one piece units and not mods. The ego is a great kit from gotvapes, I ordered one a month ago and i'm very pleased with the performance. good luck and ask away if you have more questions, everyone here is glad to help.
