When you say "510", I assume you mean a cigarette size unit. If that's what you want, you should look at the Volt from Smokeless Image. It actually has a different thread pattern than a 510 (for connecting cartridges to the battery), but it is generally recognized around here as the best of the small cig sized units. And Smokeless Image has a reputation for outstanding customer service.

Love my provape1. Heavy all day vaping on 1 battery, lifetime warranty, top notch customer service. Stays in my safety vest all day at work. Falls out a lot but still works fine.
Have an issue right now where the button doesn't work here and there but a light tap on the side and it works like normal. Email conversation with provape and they told me they would have me fixed up and vaping within the week. I'm just going to wait and see (lifetime warranty) before I send it in.

Used a 510 starter kit from Kingpin for about a year, got me off analogs, looking to get another 510 kit...anyone have suggestions for best bang for buck? I prefer cartos over an atty kit, manual batts and color doesnt really matter. Thanks guys!

Are you looking for a "mini" system (something that is the size of a cigarette)?

If so, take a look at the smokeless image volt. It is the most recommended mini on here. They have a customer service that is second to none. The batteries last from between 2-4hours, the cartomizers last a long time and can be refilled several times and don't burn as easily, and they are very reasonably priced. Check out this video about the products. It discusses the volt and the larger x2 batteries (which are the same as a kgo).

They even have a promo for a free battery, bottle of juice or pack of cartos when you post a picture of yourself with the volt

For a mini, that seems like a great promo, provided you're not camera-shy.

Conversely, people do much harder things to get their 15 minutes of fame LOL so guess I would have no problem posting my picture holding a Volt, seems pretty mild LOL
