I am looking for an understated PV. something that does not stand out. I currently have a black with purple LED joye 510. I have been trying to find a 510 in white but I can not located a supplier who has all 3 parts. Any recommendations?? thanks

Lol I understAnd what you mean. I need to get over my shyness. People are always asking what the H am I smokonG. The. eGo doesn't have a LED mAybe I should go with ThAt. What color are you plAnning to get?
Don't be shy, be proud that you have the courage and good sense to vape. Welcome the opportunity to explain the benefits, to you, from what you are doing. Maybe you'll create some converts to better health - if they smoke butts.

To be honest I think it is fine to be discreet b/c people coming up to you everytime you go out can be real annoying. You could look into a small box mod with no led or just cover it up. GL!!!
I would like to get a black one, a chrome one, and a gold one. The cartomizers I use would be the same color as the eGo cone part.
Right now (until I buy the eGo partof it), I mostly use gold cartomizers on my chrome batteries from V4L, it looks nice...basically just like a new cigarette. I know what you mean about the lights tho. I really don't like the blue green pink lights. They're interesting, and don't mind if I see people with them, but I'm really looking forward to the eGo battery. I think those may last up to 2 or 3 days (when used lightly?), between charges!
edit to add: Just be careful with the button thing, I guess. I just noticed the thread about the strange button thing.

I have a black eGo, and I feel it's pretty understated. Not as pen-shaped as the standard 510, but still not calling attention to itself in any way.
When I got my platinum Tornego (from the devil), I thought it looked very elegant. I have seen versions in other colors besides white and black (Egos) coming soon.

Healthcabin.net has many different colored 510's but I ditched the 510 for the ego and am much happier though I wouldn't call it elegant.

If you like the 510, I'd strongly suggest the Mini VapeStack from MadVapes.com. It is very small, discreet and well built. You can almost palm it so the only thing showing is the atty/cart stack and yet, if you set it on a table it looks like a finely built piece of equipment. It is also light enough to fit in a shirt pocket without sticking out the top or weighing down the shirt.
They are currently out of stock, but a new shipment is due in around the 24th at last notice. Definitely worth the wait...I'll be ordering my second one when they are back in.

I use a white M402 with red led for those times (e.g. standing around outside at the smoking area during a concert) that I want to blend in with the crowd. Looks very much like the real thing.
I know it sounds like the chicken @#$ way to go, but why not hide it? I run mostly with crowds that think anyone who smokes is some kind of freak (including most of my family), and would likely not be accepting of this either... I vape in my car, or use it in my own house, in the bathroom, or at the desk by myself stealthly. I wouldn't go out to the smoking section, because that, in it of itself draws negative attention. I use the Ego, and I don't use it "publicly" per se.
Elegant? GG Slim or Precise hands down. Understated? Well, that's up to you, most tube mods have no lights. Quite a few box mods have no lights, box mods can be easier to fully conceal in your hand, where as the tube mods tend to have more of that ciggy feel despite being like 3 packs of cigs taped together hanging out your mouth in some cases. 
Downside to both the GG Slim and Precise... higher pricepoints. Also, the GG slim only uses 7.4v so you have to really use HV atomizers or you'll get a whole lot of burnt.
Ego is an inconspicuous kit, decent look, LED on the switch so your fingers cover it.
If you're going for a ciggy look, stick with a 510 though, everything else just gets too long or misshapen.
