As the title suggests I am looking for a good VV and/or VW device that uses 16650, 16500, OR 16,350 batteries. It MUST be eGo threaded and the VV needs to be more than just fixed volt and unregulated, preferably in 0.1 volt increments. Essentially I am looking for something like a Vamo or SVD but that uses 16 series batteries.

All I have been able to find so far are either not eGo threaded or only have the regulated unregulated voltage modes.

Does anyone know of anything?

Have never heard of that sized battery for vaping.

Are they IMR (Li-MN) or IMR/Hybrid, chemistry-safe, high-drain batteries? These are the only type of batteries being recommend for use in mods today, to the best of my knowledge.

Actually they are. They are the same chemical makeup as the 18 (that every device uses) and 14 series batteries. My wife has one that uses the 14 series batteries but the device is cheaply made and she wants to upgrade but there are very few devices that use those either and she refuses to use anything with 18 series batteries due to the size. I am thinking that 16 series would be a good compromise but I need to find a suitable device that uses them.

A lot of 18 mm id flashlights come with a 18mm od 16mm id delrin or plastic tube to keep your batteries from rattling. Get whatever 18mm tube mod you want and a delrin sleeve from oveready.

The problem is the 18mm diameter. I am looking for something with a 16mm id. Not 18 with an adapter to allow 16mm to be used. My wife prefers the 14 id devices but they are few and far between and are poorly made. I have talked her into moving up to 16mm but no way will she move to 18. I let her use my SVD for a while and she hated the size.

It's too bad your wife is not liking the look of the iStick. I just got mine and I love how it works with my KFL+. It's very small. Not much bigger than a bic lighter.

How about a mini REO or mini Woodvil? It's also very small. My mini Woodvils take one 14500 battery The Woodvils are not a stock item (though there is an upcoming run early next year). I picked both of mine up in the Classifieds.

Notcigs or Altsmoke mechs w/Kick? 16340/14500

I would prefer not to go that way, but I may have to. She was using Vision Spinners and likes the size of those, but she kept ruining the center pin on them by tightening them on the charger too tight. So I got her a Hybris back in April but the fire button is already breaking. She has to turn the device off completely when not in use because it will fire automatically sometimes. Yeah dangerous.

Here's a fix for that: Center Pin Issue - Fixing a non firing eGo battery

If you try this make sure to turn off the battery before you do this. If you continue to have problems, buy a few spacers from MadVapes. They solve all connectivity problems. Just drop one into the 510 well of your battery and you're good to go!
