I'm quite found of the Mako, but that is mainly because I like the form factor of 14mm bats over the 18 or 26mm bats.
We all know that the Precise is nice, as are the Omega & Alpha. There is also the GG, The Don, the Icon, the Screwdriver..... The list of good mechanical mods is actually quite long.

I recently got an original Omega and it should hold up for years with the occasional cleaning that every mechanical mod requires. You can adjust the throw of the switch from a hair trigger to more distance easily and it is a simple, effective design. I didn't know how I'd like the idea of a using a thumb or a pinch to lightly pull down the head, but it has been a pleasure to use. It feels natural to just grab it, give it a little squeeze and vape. It's quite a bit slimmer and lighter than a Silver Bullet and sets in your grip easily. If you need even smaller perhaps the Alpha would be worth considering.

One more factor for me is that Altsmoke provides excellent support and first class service if you ever need any help. They've also got videos to help you learn to maintain it. Their Silver Bullet gets much more attention, but it's mechanical sibling deserves equal billing.
