Hi guys I'm new to the vapor but I love it! I'm running a kanger evod VV it has the dial at the top that goes from 3.2 to 4.8. I'm using a mini pro tank2 and i bought a pack of 2.5 ohm coils my problem is im burning up the coils in like 2 or 3 days Is that normal? I kinda keep it turned up high so maybe thats the problem. I'm just wondering if I should go down in ohm's or up maybe? any advice would help me out alot! thanks guys

I've noticed that Kanger coils often get really gunky after about three days of heavy use and they need a thorough cleaning to work properly again, including a lengthy soak in vodka to loosen up the residue. Do they work at all after you clean them or are they totally shot?
I personally hate the Kanger tanks, my advice would be to look into a ViviNova tank the difference is night and day. Biggest pros for the Vivinova, fewer floods, fewer leaks. Keep that Kanger drip tip though, fits like a dream on that Vivi tank.
Your only running about 9.2 watts so the heads shouldn't be burning out so fast. If they still fire but are just not performing right you can do a dry burn to clean them. There are plenty of youtube videos that show how to dry burn.
Eventually the heads will burn out but don't throw them away when you put in a replacement, the old heads are easy to re-coil and wick and even if you don't want to do it yourself you may be able to find someone to do it for you real cheap.

Ok great! Thanks guys. I bought a nova tank about a week ago and im still doing well on those coils. Ive gone through a 5 pack of coils for the pro tank in about 2 weeks its crazy. When i take them a-part the flavor wick is even burnt then below that the metal around the wick is pretty fried to. I've been trying to clean them. it seems once i clean them they work for a few hours then i start getting the burnt taste. I like my kanger evod but i'm not sure it's right for me. I can feel the coil getting hot on the inside when I take a drag. Maybe I'm just hitting it to often lol. Thanks guys I'll check the video out to.
Get yourself some 30 gauge kanthal, cotton and some youtube, start rebuilding those protank heads and your vape experience with increase hundred fold with the better coil and wick. You'll find kanger heads are mostly hit and miss but homebuilt coils are always hit. 
This might sound wierd but i noticed that if you take too hard of a draw with kanger heads they burn up faster. I had the same problem back when i used them and i tried every wattage setting and different juice but nothing helped. My girlfriends heads lasted weeks on the exact setup. I noticed she doesnt pull hard so i tried it out and it worked. Scince then ive rebuilt the heads, then moved on to drippers and kayfuns but i know the pain of burning kanger heads up. I dont really know why it helps but try taking a nice gentle hit and sort of let the vapor enter your mouth instead of trying to pull it in. Pull just the slightest bit. It might just fix your problem.
