I have an eVic standard kit right now, and I am looking to add a second (and third?) VV/VW mod to my rotation. I love the eVic, but it is too delicate for me to be comfortable with carrying it around, so it is my primary "Home APV". What I am looking for is another mod (or two) that have the same thread compatible tubes as the eVic, so that I can mix and match tubes and battery sizes (18350/18500/18650) with all my APVs. I do NOT want another eVic, just compatible equipment. I DO want colors, preferably Blue or Red, but will settle for Black (and may consider others as well). So far, I have searched the internet and have come up with the following options:

1. SmokTech SID - This looks like it is the ideal candidate, but I can't find it anywhere in any color other than silver/chrome, nor can I find the tubes anywhere in different sizes. It looks like this was a short lived APV and SmokTech is no longer producing them, but I'm not sure about that.

2. AnyVape CVI - This also looks promising, but I can't find it anywhere at all. I believe it is no longer manufactured, and I can't find anyone with any stock left.

3. joyetech eGo-T Mod with Flat controller - Yes, I know this is NOT a VV/VW mod, but if I can find it, the price is right and the tubes are compatible with my current setup. I would also not be too worried about losing this or damaging it when I'm away from home. Unfortunately, like the others, this appears to be long gone from production and I can't find it anywhere.

Okay, so much for what I know, now I have some questions for the collective, hopefully someone can help with answers.

1. Are there any other options or VV/VW mods that I may have missed in my searches?

2. Does anyone know where I can find any of the mods I already listed?

3. Are there any inexpensive tubes available for the eVic that I can start with and add a Mod controller to later?

Cost is a pretty big factor, which sadly rules out the Siam tubes and the custom telescope tube (BOd) that I saw. I am hoping to find a full kit in the $50 or so range, so that I can add a second(third?) mod to my rotation and hopefully feel more comfortable taking them out of the house.

Thanks in advance for ANY assistance!

The Vamo is probably the most popular VW model APV on the market. ($27 - $39) There is also the new iTaste V3 which is VW ($52).

Thanks, but neither of those is eVic tube compatible. I have the new iTaste V3, but battery life is NOT good enough, and it is too limiting for what I want. It is a good fallback/emergency device, but that is where it ends for me.

I really want something that I can switch tubes with the eVic so that I can be flexible in what I take with me and what I leave at home.

Okay...Stormy's Vapor Cellar has the eGo T Mod tubes you were talking about. Two sizes...18650 and 18350. At least they DID as of a month ago or so. Also the control heads. I believe you can get them (maybe?) at My Freedom Smokes, also. You are right...they are in short supply just about every where.

Funny thing about that. My husband and I LOVE the eGo T Mod. It's my husband's main vape and has been for nearly a year. I have lots of APVs...mechanical and VV and bottom feeder and etc. etc. All good. But I still go back to my eGo T Mod as my reliable backup. When everything else is giving me fits for whatever reason, I can ALWAYS count on the eGo T Mod! lol!

Thank you, the controller is in stock, but the 18350 tubes are only available in silver and champagne, and the 18650 tubes are sold out ... Glad to hear the eGo-T is rock solid. Definitely keeping this in mind if I can't find the mod I'm looking for. :)
