after hours..
think i'm going to go with the pico 75w (grey)
with smoktech micro tfv4 tank (stainless steel)
and Micro CLP2 0.3ohm (30-60W) Fused Clapton Dual Core coils

That's what we like to see, a fellow who jumps in with both feet, welcome. I was going to suggest a 75w mod at a minimum as it will save you having to buy one next month. ;)

Thoughts on usb charging an 18650 battery (pico)?
I dont really want an external and to buy a dock. Plus a capacitor that big just scares me, for safety reasons.
At least if the battery leaks, it'll be into my mod and not hand?

Even though there are mods that can charge through usb with external batteries, it is not recommended. If the battery leaks or vents, do you really think it will stay in your mod and not your face or hands? Get an external battery charger and be safe.

i kind of assumed as much. just handling a battery like that is intimidating for noobs,
but i don't really have a choice. i could always wimp out and get a 5000mah vtc with inbuilt battery,
but i really like the pico.. charging bay it is !

Everyone I read suggested the same, an external charger, using the USB when caught short only. Assuming you will stay with vaping you will eventually want one anyway, and you may as well go with a 4 bay unit right from the start.

i'm 9 days in and about to buy my 3rd mod. probably be smart to learn about battery safety now,
knowing me, by the years end i'll have 20+ mods :p

+1 for the Cleito.
My brother in law has one and it not only chucks out the clouds but the flavour is just sublime. It's a 'gas guzzler' but is worth it imo.

I used to have the Triton v1 and the v2. If your looking for an economic tank but still delivering on flavour and vapour then I personally would recommend the Triton v2.

Both these options are great with versatility of coil options.

So many great tanks out there now and no doubt you will have a tough time choosing.

Great place to be in...money in account and about to purchase a new shiny shiny ;)

heard so many positives about the cleito, and for the price, i'd be crazy not to give it a go.
because i'm a wimp and external batteries scare me, i'm going for kbox 4000mah or etc vtwo 5000mah,
both inbuilt batteries and usb chargeable with a 1amp head. heck, i might even get both incase i SOMEHOW
blow through a whole battery.

Yep, you're in the gang..
from last monday, buying my innokin t18, i've come so far already.
it's dangerous though.. i tell myself, i'm saving $25 a day not smoking (cost in aus)
so i can buy all the liquids and mods and tanks i want ! i think i might be spending more,
but that will drop off when i find what's right for me. probably going to get new tanks as they come out though.

If it wasn't for the Pico, I'd have no eleaf products at all.
Before you flip for the Tfv4, do compare with the 'beast'..

was looking into it, but the dimensions are a little big to sit flush with any of the mods i've been looking at.
looking for 22m tank, ended up deciding on cleito.

i like my istick power nano. it's not awesome or anything,
but goes up to 40w, is super small and feels good in the hand.
upgrading cause 40w is a small window, and the 1100mah battery doesn't last long, but it's
great for taking down to the shops, on a drive, or sitting at a cafe. very simple setup with my melo 3 mini
(alot of hate for melo, but i like it)

@mattmc92. I strongly advise you be aware of shinytis. It's a dangerous infectious condition linked to vaping and will undoubtrdly reach you soon. [emoji12]

I have the pico mega and the melo 3 tank which holds 4ml. It can fit the 18650 or the 26650 cell battery and has USB charging if needed. However I just put the batterys in an external charger. Nothing scary about that lol. It's quite good but recently got the aspire Plato which I love. Has amazing taste and gives OK clouds. Uses 18650 cell batteries but can be charged USB too. I love the Plato
