Looking for an inexpensive Ecig

I havent seen to many sites with free shipping.
For $50 you should have a few choices.
You may not get top of the line, but should get a good set up for that.
Personally I havent delt with to many of the companys yet, but most of the ones who post here are all good (seem good) at customer service.
The Chinese sites sell lower, but the quality you have to watch.
Ebay is the same way, some are lower, but you have to watch the quality.

A Visa Gift card should be able to be used direct.

Paypal, i THINK, you can only deposit from a bank account, but you may have to look to be sure. Thats the only way I have ever done it.

Many sites that except paypal, have a statement on the left of the sign in page that states "don't have paypal use your credit card" click that and info comes up to use your credit card without opening a paypal account. I believe these are PayPal business owner accounts that have virtual terminal.
Oh and you can open a Paypal account using a credit card only, don't have to use a bank account. Takes a few days to confirm the credit card.
Yes, you can open it for free, Its easy, and its worth having, they have specials and stuff for members all the time.
To Deposit money INTO the account thats the thing. But they are right, you can use a CC on the account. When i First opened mine, i used a debit card just fine.

just to add-i wouldnt recommend buying an ecig from dealex,they arent good...and when you add shipping to bestecig,they arent really much cheaper than buying from a supplier in your own country-and if something goes wrong,youll have to wait for replacements...so id order from someone more local for your first ecig,if you can.
