It's close to the orignial, as I have never tried bloogs RY4. But I suspect that bloogs RY4 may be more like the original than most, so the two could be close in taste.

Thanks wv2win, havent tried the original but i have a feeling bloogs ry4 doesnt really taste like the original. I am saying that because i have tried quite a few versions of ry4 and have tasted similar flavors among the others but none like the bloog's. Has anyone tasted both? Are they similar?

Hi chi, welcome :)!

I have never tried bloogs maxfusion batts, but use their MF cartos (both blanks and RY4 prefilled) on my kr808d1 batts. People seem to like their bloog batts...the only thing is most of their batts are autos, and I prefer manuals (w/ the push button). They do have one now with a manual button option (the trifecta). That may be a good way to try them out though...it's a combo auto/manual/passthrough batt, sounds interesting.

If you don't have an 808 batt, and want to get one, they are great IMO. If you don't go w/ bloog's...be sure you get one that runs at 3.7v, and not 4.2v like mine (from v2cigs)....b/c 4.2v is too high for the bloog cartos and sometimes makes them burn too fast, since they are designed to work best at 3.6v. BTW, litecigusa cartos (standard resistance) are excellent and very burn resistant, even on the 4.2v batts.

So long story short, 808 batt + bloog MF or litecigusa cartos make for a great vape! Some places you can look for inexpensive quality 808d1 kits are vapor4life.com, litecigusa, and even foreign suppliers like heavengifts (if you can wait a few weeks for delivery). Although I enjoy the v2cigs product, they have some major fulfillment/inventory issues, and b/c of that, can't recommend them...just not worth it. Good luck chi!

Just curious,Sweetpuff...r u using the maxfusion cigs too? newbie here looking to buy something...

Hi gramva, wow, never thought of that...hope not! I wouldn't want sugar vapor going into the lungs, seems like that would be a very bad thing...yikes!
Hi SweetPuff: There are several threads on this forum from people having burning cartos issues from Bloog cartos. Maybe that burnt sugar tastes ACTUALLY is burnt sugar and not a flavoring.

ko, I'm definitely addicted to the sweet vapes...the bloog ry4 is one of them. It has definitely satisfied so much that I don't even think about reg. cigs anymore, going on almost 3 months cig-free now. Funny thing is, Irarely eat sweets foodwise, but LOVE the sweet vapes...who knew it would work that way?

this thread makes me sorta wish i ordered their ry4 when i ordered from them.. Do you guys find that you become addicted to the sweet and savoryness factors of these sweeter flavors like some people develop for candy and desert? If you do, do you find it helps you not smoke?

I've tried fsusa's ry4, as well as ry4's from vaperite.com and the original dekang ry4 sold from my local ecig supplier. All 3 of them were very different. Really the fsusa and dekang's were just plain nasty - it took time to really hate the fsusa's version though- and sweetness and yum was not what I was thinking upon trying them....

However vaperite has ry4 and something called vr4 and both are quite amazing, not too sweet, and have an amazing tobacco base that u will love. I highly recommend vaperite.com!

ko, those are good questions.

The liquids I buy most often don't contain sugar according to the vendors (tasty vapor, mr-e-liquid) they are sweetened w/ liquid sucralose (splenda).

I've tested my blood sugar out of pure curiosity before and after vaping those liquids, and it has had no impact, which suggests that their liquid is sugar-free. I rarely crave sweets, never have, and pretty sure I won't (even if I stopped vaping). The fact that the vapes are sugar-free probably is why I let myself vape them without guilt or much worry about tooth decay, blood sugar issues,or food cravings. Not sure if vaping sweet liquids would cause sweet cravings in others though? I highly doubt it, b/c sugar cravings usually stem from eating too many sugary foods in the first place, putting you on the insulin/ blood sugar roller coaster. But that's a whole other ball game.

On another note, vaping sugar is probably very harmful to the lungs...don't know for sure, but I would guess so...have to do more research.

So you don't find yourself drawn to sweet food more? That's cool.Do you think if you stopped vaping youd want candy or something?? Do you know how much if any sugar gets vaporized and its potential for tooth decay?

Cool, nice to see you have an understanding of the importance of the small things. It's obviously no good to quit one habit and replace it with something which can potentially also be damaging especially when it's avoidable. Not to be negtive but do you know any studies on the toxicity of (vaped) sucralose? The absorbtion maybe higher or lower through the lungs and if it's higher could cause problems. It's strange that these things aren't stickied in the health section, sucralose is in most liquid. I'd ask in that section but am limited right now lol :(

ko, haven't seen studies on effects of vaping sucralose, but will look around. Once you have 15 posts, you'll be able to post in more threads or create your own in the non new members section.

If I can find info, i'll let you know, i'm very curious about that too.

EDIT: there are some juices that have a naturally sweet taste sensation such as the cinnamons, and some vanillas and have no sweeteners, so you can avoid them entirely. I haven't tried these, but people rave about them: http://www.vaperite.com/store/e-cig-hardwaremods/category/5/vaperite-e-juices/organic-juice

bigtime, I have...actually waiting on an order for creme brulee juice. Burnt sugar extract (sugar-free) might do the trick too...hoping it's in the bloog ry4 flavor ballpark :) (fingers crossed).

sweetpuff have you considered adding some creme brulee to your mix? I think Ive heard from others it has that feint burnt sugar thing.
