Hello,

I recently bought me a second hands (almost unused) CigGo praxis Box mod, oh what a beauty!

But today it fell out of my pocket from a height of +- 50 cm and the cover (flap, the place that you open to get the batteries in and out) did broke... auwtch...

So it's unusable from now on...

I'm looking for a quick replacement, any suggestions for a more steady ("unbreakable") boxmod? I prefer a dual battery one...

Thanks in advance!

Depending on wattage needs, you could look at the Geekvape Ages, it is designed for heavy usage, and can handle most things you hand it. For higher wattage needs, say a two box mod, I'm not sure. I have found several more durable options but some are really large, like the Tesla punk. It is certainly sturdy but not the best hand feel of all time, and there are design elements I don't love. I'm sure others will chime in with suggestions. Best of luck,

Anna

Hi Anna, thanks for your reply & advice.

Most of the time I do mouth to lung with high resistance and about 8-12 Watt range. But at home I love to use a simple RDA to drip for the big clouds and the lovely taste, then I need 35-50 Watt.

I also need a mod where a 24mm tank will fit on nicely.

The geekvape aegis looks nice "waterproof and shockproof" sounds nice!

I will look in to this one!

It will easily hold 26mm tanks. And if you purchase the OTHER battery cap you can use 20700 and 21700 in addition to the 18650 and 26650 batteries.

Interesting! I have to go and check this one out! The other batteries (20700/21700) you're talking about could be a good alternative to a mod with two 18650 batteries! interesting...

And just to know... Did you let this mod fall on the floor already? Do you think it really is steady?
I dropped it 15 minutes after I turned it on, onto my stone tile floor, not a scratch![emoji41]
