I second the Ego, two batts will last you all day for sure and you can run pretty much any carto or atomizer on it. It also looks somewhat like a cigar

Yes but you would need to buy both attys and tanks for it. That gets a little confusing because the 510 designation refers to the connection, and to the small batteries and early attys as well. To state it a different way, the 'type a and type b' attys are different than the 'standard' 510 atty, altho both have a 510 (thread pitch) connection.

I recommend taking a look at the kgo (slb ego clone) because it's been getting good reviews and looks like it should be a good 'bang for the buck' kit. Check out hoosierecig, madvapes, and liberty flights (there's others as well).

Thanks for all the help everyone. I ended up getting the SMK Ego starter kit from Liberty-Flights. It works great! One thing, I also bought a Variable Voltage Riva battery, which they forgot to include. They sent me another to a different address since I'm traveling free of charge. Great customer service!

Ok, I have a couple questions now though:
1) Using the Type B Tank atomizer- are these refillable? I only put a few drops in to try it, then I popped the end off and added more the next day, and it really leaked a lot. Do I just need to buy new Type B cartridges every time? Or do I need to buy a new atomizer every for every cartridge? Or do I just need to use those caps LF sells?
2) Using the SMK LR 510 Cartomizers that came with the SMK Ego starter kit- They make tons of vapor, but after about 4 long puffs in quick succession, the Cigar flavor in the cartomizer really tastes burned and plasticy. I have another of the same SMK LR Cartomizers with Apple in it, and it doesn't taste burned or plasticy at all.
3) Can I reuse Cartomizers?

A good carto can be refilled quite a few timesa if its filled right and used properly. I get about a 2-4 weeks from one Ressurector carto. Personally Id ditch the eGo tanks, they suck..and leak..alot. For the Riva battery if you want a long lasting carto try the Resurectors from Crystal Clear Vaping. They hold 2ml of juice so they dont have to be refilled often and they work awesome.

As for the burning taste in the carto, what ratio PG/VG juice are you using? LR cartos need to be kept wet, or you can singe the wick which will give a nasty taste and can ruin the carto if you burn it bad enough. The reason I ask what ratio is bc if its a thick, higher VG juice, it wont wick as quickly. It sounds to me like you vaped too much too fast, especially with the real long drags and didnt give the carto a chance to wick the juice quick enough. Thinner juices with more PG will wick better. I would guess it didnt wick fast enough and you singed the wick. Try letting it sit for a minute or so between drags to give the carto a change to wick the juice more

I would get some Boge 2.0ohm cartos for your eGo. They work well and are popular
