looking for cartos to fit my 808

before you guys jump on me and say to search! i already have, ive searched for along time and have done alot of research lol. I bought a ecig at my local smoke shop called "Cigirex", 29.99 for a starter pack, i like it alot and want to continue vaping but im having trouble figuringing out if in fact this is a 808, most other people i have spoke with on ECF told me it probably is but i just want to be 100% sure before i go ahead and start buying accessories such as flavored cartos. Any input would be greatly appreciated. and btw GO YANKEES!

If you want to continue to vape, good for you. You'll outgrow the unit you have in days, or it will die in days or (few) weeks. So don't worry about what it is exactly and buy some good equipment.

The cigirex I looked up on-line does not look like an 808.
I use 808's exclusively, do you have a pic of what your battery connector looks like?

ive seen the same brand that sells disposable also and they are alot fatter than the starter kit that i bought which is rechargable, although mine is still thicker than a regular cig.

Looks like a KR808D-2 e-cig. They are very similar to KR808D-1 threads but are a little smaller or larger in diameter. Normal 808 cartos can work on your battery but they will not fit snug at all.

They are a fraction of a MM smaller or larger (been a long time since I had the D-2 hard to remember) than D-1.

so would you guys have any input as to which brand is similiar? i figure i already have a battery, usb charger, so i might as well just stick with this type of ecig for the time being. i found smokelessimage that i like and also others have recommended and also i was recommended nhaler.

Smokeless Image is a very good company the Volt is one of the best new style 808 e-cigs out there. You could get some cartos from them and maybe throw in one of their batteries (only 12 bucks) just incase you actually have a 808D-2 battery. The cartos will work on your e-cig reguardless but if it is a D-2 then they will fit loosely.

Btw....if your looking to get prefilled flavor cartos from Smokeless Image their tobacco flavors are pretty good my favorite was the Desert Joe. As always though...buying juice to refill your cartos is alot cheaper.

Hope I helped you out a little theres so many options in the e-cig world it's easy to get lost in it all when starting out. Stick with it tho and you will be a pro in no time.

Im pretty interested in the Volt actually and 1 more question, how do you figure out when you go to a ecig site, what model ecig they in fact sell? ex: 510, kr808d etc

Usually when you click on the kit or the battery to go into the detailed view it will tell you all about it If you are at a well known e-cig site. Usually the off brand e-cigs will have a odd battery style like the KR808D-2 and are a rare breed. The most common style is the 510 and the KR808D-1.

The only threads that look almost the same are the KR808D-1 and the KR808D-2 all the others if you look at the pic of them will have a noticable difference.

Really the best 808 style e-cigs will be from Smokeless Image, Bloog or Halo...theres a few others but these are the best ones that come to mind. There will be a noticeable difference in the vapor production and battery life of these e-cigs compared to the Cigariex you have.
