Looking for E-liquid that's not as "spicy"

Ok, so my usual daily vape is a Halo Tribeca 18mg.

I choose halo eliquids because (1), its the first eliquid i tried that i like (i've tried a few manufacturers) that has a unique taste but at the same time (2) the spiciness of the nicotine seems somewhat subdued. As is always true, the higher the nicotine content the "spicier" or harsher the hit/taste... but Halo has seemed to manage this pretty well.

I compare the spiciness to nasty alcohol taste of alcohols. Like if you drink kettle 1 vodka you really get that spicy alcohol taste, however when you drink a more refined vodka like grey goose, it's not as spicy... more smooth to the taste.

So here's my question - if you know what i'm talking about regarding the spiciness of eliquids, and particularly how halo manages to "mild" down the spiciness of the nicotine... which other brands out there offer a similar treatment to their eliquids? I've tried a few other brands and they all seem to have a more "spicier" e-liquid at 18mg than Halo's does.

Any suggestions my fellow vapers?

you could also try it in higher vg if Halo offers it.

In general the lower the pg content the lower the throat hit.

Halo doesn't seem to offer customizable mixtures of vg pg...

In either case, i'm trying to venture away from Halo into some other brands...

The nicotine a company uses is also a factor. I wouldn't call it "quality" necessarily, but sometimes the nicotine base a juice maker uses can have an affect on things like you mention. Try different RY4s if you like Tribeca. Tribeca is my favorite as well...I haven't found anything that tastes as good to me, but there are a lot good RY4s out there. I would recommend a Janty RY4.

I had a feeling it has something to do with the type of nicotine...

Funny thing is... Tribeca is marketed as a "tobacco" flavor, however, it tastes nothing like tobacco hah!

Check Heather'sHV and get some high percentage VG, the vapes from there that I've tried (like 15 of them) have all been awesome quality and nice and mellow

Halo uses a state of the art lab and high tech equipment. THEY ARE NOT A SMALL OPERATION, I seriously doubt they are using inferior 'PEPPERY TASTING' nicotine.

Most likely an employee screwed up the flavoring percentages used in the batch. IT HAPPENS.

Try Hooligan Vapes, very smooth flavors. Cider House Tobacco might sate your needs, not peppery I Vape it at 18mg.
