Ok so I'm pretty new to this vaping stuff. I've been playing around with it for probably a bit over 2 years now. I started off with a rn4081 and cartos from aquavapor still have it just need to buy more cartos. Like its small size and taste was good. I also have a aquavapor ego battery and a pro tank mini 2 with 1.8 omh coils. My problem is I'm not sure if it the juice I bought which is blue raspberry sour batch 12mg by terra clouds or my equipment or both. I have tried a few juices and my favorites have been strawberry and cherry coke by vapor king also got some juice from other places that weren't so good. My problem with this juice is it has very little flavor and i'm getting burnt flavor alot. I've taken both the flavor wicks off the coils which dose not seem to help or hurt either way. I take 3-5 second hits not to over heat the coils. I also went and bought 2 ce4 tanks to try and see if that made a difference but get a burnt taste with them too. Sorry for the long post. Should i just try another juice or is my equipment to blame or maybe my skill level or something else

takes a while to get used to it figure it out.
if you've used the protank for a while, the coil does need to get changed after a while.
the batteries do get weaker with age; they're supposed to be good for about 300 recharges.

I haved learned "chunks" by sitting down with another vaper. Not really someone that is trying to sell me either. I was in a lounge in Chicago and we were comparing and talking RTA chimnies and deck layouts. Had a great time. Also, visiting with friends that vape.

Sometimes, verbal communication is so much more helpful.

Good luck!

battery is fairly new maybe 5 charges on it. coil is new as well. got a 5 pack of them and have tried cotton wicking them too but that don't seem to help either. maybe this juice is just not that good or maybe its not my taste wish i didn't get 30ml of it oh well guess i will ask some of my friends if they want to give it a try

that's a common thing; buying too much of 1 liquid and finding that you don't seem to like it.

hold the tank up to your ear and fire to get used to the sound of it.
when the coil is flooded you will find the performance is muted flavour and gurgling; the sound is a low gurgling sound.
when the coil is just right damp enough it's a snap crackle pop sound and performance is at its best.

if you get a vv/vw power source like an istick, you can adjust power to find the sweet spot.
