I just tried doing business with them. I used XE for the wire transfer with them as was suggested by Creme. XE took my money for the payment then closed my account saying they wouldn't do business with me and no further questions would be answered. I am at a loss.
How do you go about purchasing from them if you are in the States?
Did you tell XE exactly what the payment is for and/or mention ecig/vaping terms/keywords and/or brand names? If so, that's the problem. No payment processor or money handler (of any kind) needs to know anything about the specifics of the items you are ordering. An order # is all that is needed if attaching order information with a payment makes you feel better. It's not 2010 anymore, where there were no vaping laws and no restrictions on vaping commerce. Mum's the word.
If you paid XE using funds from a credit card or a debit card, contact the card issuer and dispute the charge/debit.
If you paid XE with funds directly from bank account, call the bank to explain the situation and demand the debit be reversed as, without giving you any reason for taking your money and running, XE has basically engaged in fraud regardless of what their internal company policy is.
But fair warning, if you did indeed make XE hip to the specifics of the transaction, then they are going to likely rebutt with a claim that you engaged in a fraudulent transaction, which may work against you getting your money back depending on your bank's policies.
If all else fails, since CremeDeVape suggested that you use XE then I would hound them to make this situation right. They should not be suggesting payment options if they don't work well for their business model and end in the customer losing their money with no goods shipped with no explanation given to said consumer.
