Hello all. I'm currently interested in getting some new or at least new to me kayfun's and perhaps accessories. Bell capp, kits things like that.
Currently looking for kayfun Lite 2019 accessories or add ons. Also interested in the kayfun X.

Or any info on where to acquire would be appreciated. I know Dicodes-USA is a no go. Learned that the hard way.

Thanks

I just tried doing business with them. I used XE for the wire transfer with them as was suggested by Creme. XE took my money for the payment then closed my account saying they wouldn't do business with me and no further questions would be answered. I am at a loss.
How do you go about purchasing from them if you are in the States?

Thank You for the heads up. Trying to support the original is not paying off for me. I currently have 550 dollars in Limbo. Found out Dicodes-USA the "official" distributor in the US is a scam and now this using XE who Creme said to use.
Besides myself at the moment. Also do not use any company with Cash App as their payment processor. Cash app will just play ignorant and say it's just meant for family and friends. So I'm guessing they are not even getting the correct information from Companies to act in that manner. Lessons learned hard

Bank to bank transfers aren't that difficult and it seems that the company is perfectly willing to go that route.
I was willing to try that too. Though after exchange rate, shipping and the 45 dollar fee the bank wanted paying over double was excessive. Opened a BOA account just for this transaction. Again XE was suggested by Creme and the fee for transfer was only 5 dollars.

Did you tell XE exactly what the payment is for and/or mention ecig/vaping terms/keywords and/or brand names? If so, that's the problem. No payment processor or money handler (of any kind) needs to know anything about the specifics of the items you are ordering. An order # is all that is needed if attaching order information with a payment makes you feel better. It's not 2010 anymore, where there were no vaping laws and no restrictions on vaping commerce. Mum's the word.

If you paid XE using funds from a credit card or a debit card, contact the card issuer and dispute the charge/debit.

If you paid XE with funds directly from bank account, call the bank to explain the situation and demand the debit be reversed as, without giving you any reason for taking your money and running, XE has basically engaged in fraud regardless of what their internal company policy is.

But fair warning, if you did indeed make XE hip to the specifics of the transaction, then they are going to likely rebutt with a claim that you engaged in a fraudulent transaction, which may work against you getting your money back depending on your bank's policies.

If all else fails, since CremeDeVape suggested that you use XE then I would hound them to make this situation right. They should not be suggesting payment options if they don't work well for their business model and end in the customer losing their money with no goods shipped with no explanation given to said consumer.

All they asked for came from a pop down menu on their site. I selected goods from a business. Nothing Specific. I have already started the dispute process. I had no issue with them saying my transaction could not be processed. Then I checked my email and bank account. The money was gone and I just received an email saying my account was closed and they would not be answering any further questions on the matter.

Just very frustrating. You try to do the right thing and it goes bad. I try to buy original if I find the value in quality and price. Oddly I've never had any issues buying a clone. I have also followed up with Creme. Of course it's the weekend so I get to sit on my hands...lol. Not going to let it ruin the day. Thanks all for listening to my complaints and buyer beware.

Wise move to put aside such a bad thing for the weekend. Of all the people I've dealt with online, Keith at CdV would be the one I'd trust to help get things straightened out. I know he has spent a lot of time researching different payment sources since paypal and the credit cards cut him off.
