I am looking for reputable resellers/manufacturer/distributors for mostly the KR808D-1 Model. Cigarette Prices have just been increased in Guam a few days ago. I think it would definitely take off but not quite sure where to get quality products.

I am also looking for a China or U.S based manufacturer that sells quality pre-filled cartomizers for the KR808D-1 model. Quality as in they taste good!

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Well i don't know exactly where to find them. Even if I do find them I do not know if their products are quality. So I'm looking for info of various manufacters and if they provide good products.

The only manufacturer that I know of that allows you to buy direct (without some sort of business contract) is DSE. I recently bought a selection of their 508 (cartomizer clones) to test out, and they're not half bad. They make clones of all the popular styles, and their prices are pretty good. 510 starter kits are $29 and they have super-cheap cartomizer starter kits (1 battery, 4 cartos and a USB charger) for $13. They have disposables (just a battery and one cartomizer) 5 for $25. Might be worth checking them out. You could at least try a few models without having to invest much time or money.
