batteries generally come partially charged. It is best to charge them when they arrive and use a fresh one, but if you cannot wait, you can check the battery level to see if there is enough voltage to use. I am assuming you got two batteries, so you can vape one while the other is charging.
I figured they would have some charge. Yes, I got two and will probably order 2 more (wasn't thinking when I made the initial purchase). I have to go out tonight to DIL's pinning as a Surgical Tech so was hoping to have a fully charged battery before we have to go out! My Tesla bit the dust and am having to use an EVOD Twist until the Provari arrives!
The batteries reached total charge in about an hour or less so I got to take it with me last night. Love it!!!!
