Hi,

Im using a riva 510-t, its great but the atomizers I have seem to vary, 1 of them is very strong and I get a bit of a chemical taste (I presume this is because its only been used for a couple of days). The other is better, no chemical taste at all but I don't seem to get as much flavour. What I have found though, is right after dripping a couple of drops into the atomizer the flavour I get is insane! Is there some way I can get this all the time? I've heard of drip tips, it seems a good idea at home but not great at work and also im not sure which to get as the site I buy from doesn't seem to list the 510-t for any of them.

Any suggestions?

First you should look at some Low Resistance Attys or Cartos. They work really well on low voltage devices like the 510. You can get good cartos for under 2$ each and they can easily last 2 weeks depending on the manufacturer. What I do personally is I use Boge cartos on my 510 and either a de-bridged atty and drip tip on my VV device or an XL carto. Getting some nice LR cartos will make all the difference for you. Even though you will only really be using your batteries and not the tank or atty from your "T" kit you wont even miss it with some cartos like the SmokTech Thunderheads. This will be the best bang for your buck and will be the best performance youll get with your 510 without stepping up to a Ego or VV mod. Good luck bro.

Attys often come with a primer that you should blow out. I'm not real familiar with the 510-T, but I started with a regular 510.

I would suggest trying some cartomizers instead of the atty/tank system, especially for use at work. They're consistent and don't need to be filled all that often. A few drops every hour or so is usually enough to keep them wet enough. You can pre-fill a couple spares if you don't want to top them off at work. A drip tip is good to use in a cartomizer too. It is more comfortable and makes it easier to top off your cartomizer.

You can try dripping. You'll need a drip tip. Any drip tip made for a 510 atomizer (that's most of them) will work. Drip tips are never listed by what models they fit. They're listed by what thread pattern the device uses, since the standard atomzer for any given thread pattern is the same diameter. So just get any drip tip with a 510 in the description.

You can get a pack of 2 or 2.5ohm Boge cartomizers for $7-8. If your battery is less than 400mah, I'd stick with the 2.5ohms. A 2ohm carto might be pushing it for a small battery, which is not supposed to use a low resistance atty or carto.
Definitely don't try to use a 1.5ohm carto or atty on your 510-T.

Don't use a LR (1.5) atty or carto on any battery less than about 450mah. You will kill your battery. Even a 2ohm carto or atty will significantly decrease the lifespan of a battery smaller than 450mah. What size is the battery you are using? (mah)

Having more issues now... im getting 0 flavour from both atties so tried a brand new one.... same result. Dunno where im going wrong, it was working perfectly for the last couple of days. tank is topped up just over 3/4 full, I've tried 4 juices but im just getting a lot of flavourless vape (well not totally flavourless, there's a bit of a nasty taste there) and there is happening across 3 atties using old and new tanks and tried on both batteries..... There's clearly some human error somewhere, what's going on!?

Forgive spelling and bad grammar, im posting from my phone and the auto correct is crap
