At the moment in my collection I own 2 Kennedy Roundhouse V2 with Goon rda's, a Subohm Innovations Competition set up, and a VGOD set up. Really dig the Kennedy and the Subohm and use them regularly. Looking to increase my collection but don't really know of too many other companies.

I have looked into the Roundhouse and have heard good things but would like to hear anyone's experience with it. Also found the dotmod Petri pretty sexy looking but didn't know how I felt about 120 dollars for something not made in the US.

If anyone has any mech mods that they love, new or old, regardless of price, I would love to hear about them

My old SIMPLE tube mech mod has served me well.

Was my first mod, and I have two currently. I bought initially because ..., well it's the simplest least complicated method of transferring energy to an atomiser without actually building the atomiser into the mech. Simple and direct means less voltage drop across entire path from battery to coil, and least potential for something to go bad. No adjusting things for various 510 lengths, so long as the (+) extends beyond the (-) and all my atty's do, good to vape. Changing atty's and or batteries is simple & quick no hassle affair. Recessed fire button has never accidentally fired on me, so no reason to over-complicate with a button-lock (YMMV). If need be, unscrewing the button 1/2 to 1-turn will make so will not fire (for packing in a bag when I don't want to remove battery & make safe just-in-case). Parts are interchangeable between both. Four parts total (tube, cap, button, spring) Just made SiMPLE sense to me, and I am glad I did not over complicate things early on. I have had a number of Reg & Mech mod's since, but have held on to these as they just simply work time after time ;-)

Thanks everyone for their responses! I actually searched for the Nano and couldn't find any still in stock but when searching found a website with lots of old mechs. Ended up getting a 4Nine Ciento, the Rook II by Vape Oclock, and the Givo Mod by Arra Mods. Kind of a TBT kind of shopping experience lol.

I have a Givo clone, nice mod, but it's a PITA to change the battery :)
Its a what to change the batteries? Lol... I use 18650's in mine so I don't have to unscrew it that much to get the batteries out. I could see it being a chore if you were to put smaller 18000's in there though

I almost bought the RDA since they had it available on that site but one of the reviews on it said it leaked and it was almost 40 dollars for a 3 year old RDA so I never got it. Ended up putting a Twisted Messes RDA on there and love it. Had to put 2 or 3 (I would have to look to be sure) mod guards on the RDA though so there is a little black ring in-between the RDA and mod but it doesn't bother me, almost looks like its supposed to be there actually.

I bet it looks beautiful though with all that engraving. You should take a picture of the set up if you're up to it.

For some reason the pic of the Givo barely showed now. All those mods are beautiful, I have a soft spot for that Sebone mech though:hubba:
The Sebone is gonna be sweet after I polish it up and make it shiny lol. That'll last about a day :)
I do love copper though.

Here's what I suggest, find a mod you would like to try, find the 1:1 clone or as close as possible. Buy the clone, make sure its what you want in a mod enough to spend the money on an authentic :)
There's only a handful of mods that I would consider buying the authentic. I would buy an authentic Time Keeper if the price was right :D
