Looking for Nicotine in Canada

I came across a listing on a web site for Mixing juice (100mg 120ML). There is nothing more in the description, but the cost is over $50 for the product.

Would this be what I need to start DIY? Is it the nicotine juice that can be mixed with pg/vg and flavor for vaping?

that would work as long as you diluted it enough but if its not a canadian supplier then i dont think you can get it....your customs are not allowing nicotine to me mailed into canada, check out the canada forum for more info on this, hope this helps a little and you figure out what you can do
