Update on my Complaint ticket from Surevapes...some girl named Julie,I believe,that sounded like by her reply was maybe 20 yrs old told me I must be filling them wrong cause they dont hear bout 1 bad 1 in a 1000 & that they couldnt be used above 3.7, & they were handmade 1 at a time....I explained to her that I had been vaping probably longer then she had been & that all I use is mechanical mods, I didn't tell her bout my MVP's burial at sea...I could see that I wasn't gonna get any satisfaction,so I told her that I probably owned shoes older than she was & told her that they may have been made 1 at a time but they were being made in some 3rd world country by someone making less the .05 an hour...Im guessing she closed my ticket..LoL

Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase, Except when otherwise noted in said products description (i.e. cartomizers, atomizers, coils, drip tips). Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase.
We do not accept the Return or Exchange of products for any other reason than those stated above.
To Return a Defective Product you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) .
An RMA# can be obtained by clicking on My Account at the top of your screen, then find the correct Order and click View Details. From there you can choose New RMA and fill it out accordingly. A staff member will authorize and issue an RMA# and instructions for product return.
