Opened my credit card statement today.........

My Visa card has been compromised....a fraudulent charge put through by some bogus company....HC Inc, Support. $49.95...Visa said to not use the card, they will send us a new one. There are lots of complaints on line about this company doing this, and I shipped off an email to the IL Attorney General. The problem.....I cannot take advantage of the NLV sale cause my only other credit card is Discover, which they do not take. OH! The inhumanity!

But it came back up sometime between 10 and 11....evidently our provider had a problem.

O.K. - NOW I'M REALLY ......! I came here for a little R&R to let off some steam off about my day. After telling you ONCE that I spent the last 7 hours adding new passwords & trying to get my new & soooo cute mini-Ipad going, ECF let me know I had to change my PASSWORD & log on. GRRRRRRR! So now I'm back again..probably more PO'd then before. Anyways, question - did they get hacked or what's going on?

Fuzzy navel sounds good right about now (orange juice is good for you).....

Guess from what I have read, they have done some updating that required everyone to log back in with a new password. And from further reading, a whole new software program is in the works and the whole forum is going to be reformatted eventually. Guess this system is old and the software is not being supported by the designers any longer. Something like that anyway....you can read Rolygate's response here.
