Looking for Nor Cal juice makers

I'm looking to find eliquids which are made in Northern California... if there are any.

Can anyone name a vendor that makes juice that it based out of Nor Cal?

I know this is a rather silly request, but I am curious.

Highbrow Vapor is in California -- off the top of my head not sure where though. It's a great company with great customer service and excellent juice that is totally customizable. Here is the link:

I use them a lot because I can get my VG as high as I want and add natural flavoring. No chemical taste here, at all. I just received their Caramel Cake and fresh out of the mailbox it was fantastic.

Highbrow is based out of Fresno... I guess we can count that, i mean it's not any further south than Monterey.
