Here's a size comparison of the ecigs I have.

1. Ego mini 350 mAh
2. Ego 650 mAh (not vv which would add some length.
3. vamo in 18350 configuration.
4. MVP2
5. Provari standard size with extension cap 18650 battery.

I think the zmax mini would probably be a bit shorter than the vamo. The vamo in 18350 is not much smaller than the provari regular with extension cap.

Oh, that's my brand new provari btw. Say hi to him!

The 18350 batteries are 800 mah. So you should get 8 hours out of one, but it depends on what kind of vaper you are. I have 6 18350 so I always have extra charged. Very easy to pop out one and put another in:vapor:

An 18350 on the vamo would last me over 1/2 day of heavy vaping on the vamo. I think the vamo sucks more power than some others (seems to drain an 18650 faster than a provari does). Like Txaggiesaunt says, just have a couple of batteries charged and you can swap them out quickly and easily.

Ermagerd! Rainbow! Did you buy it yet? I wish I could get a rainbow provari.

The provari did come fast. I wasn't expecting it to get here till Tuesday with the holiday.

No didn't buy it yet :) I'm dead broke right now... not even allowed any more juice orders until next week... I'm thinking tax time maybe. I'll just deal with having my current setup as my only one.
Getting into the world of mods now... I've barely learned what I know already. **Its a whole new world song plays in head**
What's the deal with telescoping mods?

I also don't believe that zmax is a mini... I might just be damned though and not end up going with something smaller :)

Now I'm seriously considering saying screw it and splurging on a Provari mini... It seems to me that even though they are on the expensive side that you really can't go wrong and the value will pay for itself in the long run.

edit: funny that this is my 100th post... it took me 100 posts to go from looking for something cheap to admitting I want high end! LOL! WHAT HAVE YOU ALL DONE TO ME?!

You have been bitten. It took me about 6 months to decide to get a provari. I probably would have save some money if I'd just gotten it sooner, but the journey is fun.

Yep... looking to sell my DSLR camera, that doesn't get much use, to fund it. I see people talking about the value. I was already starting to lean towards getting a mod, so lets do it right the first time :)

So here's my new battery. Stuck with something I know I already love, my 1300mAh vision spinner rainbow. This is a 650mAh vision spinner rainbow. New blue glass tank for my mpt2 and an awesome new acrylic drip tip from vapor customs. Current ideal setup! Love this!

Most mods should have an option for a shorter battery tube, though most are sold separately.
When buying batteries and charger, don't go cheap buy brands on here people recommend.

I haven't really looked at high end mods. There is NO way I could talk the wife into that!
People LOVE the provari, and there are a lot of Zen fans too. I'm not sure if you want that form factor, or of you can get a flush ego cone thread adapter. I think you should look at all your options if you are looking at spending THAT much on a mod...
