Hey guys,

I'm in the market for a relatively cheap rda (as title suggests lol). Anywhere between 30-50$ sounds about right, clone or otherwise. The tech is advancing far faster than I can pay attention to. To let you know how ignorant I am regarding rda's, the last one I bought was an IGO-L when they were relatively new. So.... yeah.

The only criteria that I have is -

1. It should have adjustable airflow. The IGO-L airhole was super tiny. I'm not the type to drill my own airholes, so I would prefer just to have the option to adjust.

2. It should have the holes in the post. I would hope that by now, this is how all new ones are built, but I just thought I'd mention it.

Thanks for any recommendations guys. Always much appreciated.

I just bought a bunch of cheap RDAs and the one I like the most that fits your criteria is the SMOK Catapillar, seen it domestic in a few spots for less than 15$ and it's the easiest one I have to build.
My favorite does'nt have holes in the posts (which sucks, pita to build) but runs single coils like a champ and has the most dense vapor is the YK5 I got for 9$ domestic.

Ok, I just received my CLT in the mail and it does, in fact, have adjustable air flow control.

This RDA combines features from 3 different atty's.

-The Tobh Atty (The reduced deck, welded posts, concave ceiling, massive post holes, and heat sinks are being used in the design)

-The Stillare (It's awesome massive cyclops style airflow is being incorporated as well, along with the inner cap airflow adjuster (no tobh teeth in the way!)

- The Helios (This is honestly the insanely awesome cherry on top, my favorite post from the Helios (Brass Monkee), the dual positive post ("T" post design), is going to be the middle post!

IMO, this would be a great first RDA for you but the choice is up to you.

Time for me to go wash and build mine now.

I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed if coming from TOBHs.

Keep the sleeve on it and it holds a lot of juice because the cyclops slot is way above the deck.

I didn't think it was airy enough for me at first but once I chained on it for a bit and it warmed up and I found myself drawing in additional air around the mouth piece because the stock drip tip is metal and small. Not sure if I want to swap that out yet or not. We'll see.

Anyway, enjoy your new atty.
