Hi and welcome to ECF. There's also the Mini eGo. I own the SD Keyring and it's automatic whereas the Ego Mini is manual and has a button that lights up when activated.
eGo Min is 350 mah
SD Keyring is 300 mah
Mini eGo 350mAh Battery

Here's a side by side picture of the eGo mini and an SD Keyring

SD Keyring or smoketech telescope ? Is there any other smallest model ecig ?

the sd keyring is small, however the smoktech telescope isnt really all that small depending on what battery you use it with. its size is adjustable but still is considered a mod and not a small ecig

as far as the ego mini being carried by smoktech im not sure. as there are many clone type egos by various manufactures.

They are all from China, they are all copycatting each other. I don't think they really recognize branding there as we do.

They have the proper laws in place, they just aren't well enforced. We actually forced them to make those laws in the first place so it's not something they wanted to do, but something that they had to do to join the global market. When no one's looking it's every man for himself.

The SD Keyring and the eGo Mini are going to be your only options outside of like a Smokeless Image Volt. None of them are ideal and you'd probably want a pair of them if you are going into an extended stealth vaping operation since their battery life sucks. The Volt can be fitted with a black cap so there's no light btw.

No I only own the SD Keyring but borrowed a friend's Mini eGo for a week and I found pros and cons for both:
Pros
SD Keyring is auto so when stealth vaping, which is why I bought it, no light comes on.
eGo Mini is a larger batt.
eGo Mini is manual so less chance of juice damage and user can control vape.
Cons
SD is auto so there's a chance of damage from juice. SD is a smaller battery and has a 5 sec cutoff.
eGo Mini is manual and button light goes on when activated "if" you're looking for true stealth.
Overall they both are amazing PVs and, surprisingly, very powerful. If you're not looking for a true stealth PV the eGo at $12 is a no brainer considering the SD sells for $20? Just seems the eGo is more bang for the buck IMO.
The only reason I bought mine was to use at concerts and it has served me well providing:
I have a spare PV in the car to use as soon as the concert's over.
Have to remember to vape moderately with the SD.
For other situations I could always break down my Megalodon Tube Mod to a 2 5/8" (without carto or clearo) stealth PV with an 18350/ 1200 mah 3.7 volt PV.
