Hey everybody, I'm just looking for some suggestions on an idea for a tube mech and I want to get some ideas for a parallel mech box.
First off, I'm well aware of battery safety as well as ohms law. Ive only used vtc4s except when I got an imren early on with a deal i got on an rda but i only use that for 20w and below. The craziest build I've ever done was a dual parallel 24g that came out to about .15 ohms on a twisted messes which I only ever used on an xcube, I would NOT be putting that on a tube, but maybe a parallel box if I get one.
But lately it seems like I've been having more problems then help with regulated devices (I have an MVP 3 pro, xcube 2, and a vtc mini). To put it simply, I'm tired of fighting them. I just want to be able to push a button and get a satisfying vape without worrying that they misread the resistance (my MVP does this a lot especially with my subtank mini and the rba section) and spike the voltage causing a harsh hit.
Now I've got a couple of mechs already. The three are a Templar, a copper nemesis, and an Apollo with a faux hybrid top cap which I'd like to avoid so I never use that one (it came with the imren battery and a couple of rdas). My nemesis also seems to have a problem with the adjustable 510 being too short (they're all clones) and my Templar doesn't have a locking ring.
I definitely want one with a locking ring to lock the fire button cause I'm out and running around a lot so I need to be able to grab it and be able to carry it around in my pocket. And a standard 510 pin rather then a faux hybrid top so that I can use all my rebuildables on it. I only use 18650s so no I'm not too worried about extension caps or telescoping. And preferably in black cause most of my attys are black lol. And I'm only looking to spend about 30-40 for the tube.
So far the stingray x looked like the best option.
And I want to get some suggestions on some decent parallel boxes.
