Looking for that perfect menthol?

So I had been since i quit smoking my kools and have finally found it
so any one looking for a nice complex menthol try velvet vapors wild west menthol its the ....! It has a strong menthol hit as well as a complex flavor on exhale that reminds me of a bbq, corn succotash, clove......its just really complex and nice, my new all day vape. No this is not a review just thought it might help some new members that are looking for that great menthol juice

Hi criptix,

Kinda depends on what kind of menthol you prefer.
Analogs normally used pure menthol from crystals. Some yrs back a couple brands had a small crystal in the filter material!
Some have a minty menthol cool taste. I like both, but dont lean hard to the mint part.
Peppermint is actually 75% menthol. Bad thing is the remainder is an oil and will carbon an atty.
You can buy menthol crystals cheap. They do not dissolve well at all in water, but do well in 151 vodka, PG and then VG will work but less dissolves in it.
So you can make your own drops to give any juice a kick.
1/4-1/2tsp crushed & packed crystals in 10 ml of 151....wow.
1-2 drops per ml is really strong....more can make it like a vicks cough drop.....lol

The 151 adds a little throat hit too.......

The best thing I think you can do to get a good menthol flavor is to mix a tobacco flavor with it. All menthol cigarettes are menthol flavored tobacco and much of the menthol juices don't have the background flavor of tobacco. I never was a menthol smoker, but my wife was. She likes a mix about 50/50 of a good tobacco flavor with menthol. You might like a different % but I think you will enjoy the taste better with some tobacco mixed with the menthol.

Nuport Nubacco from V4L is really good stuff and I wasn't even a menthol smoker, but I like it a lot.

I've only tried Volcano's menthol and Viking Vapor's Tobacco Menthol. I liked Volcano's better. The Viking Vapor didn't taste like tobacco at all, more like black tea with some menthol or something. But it's real menthol, not just mint flavor, so I liked that part of it.

Be careful with the alcohol, i don't know if i used to much with my mix, but with high voltage mod I got a couple of tail pipe backfires.

I smoked 2-3 packs of kool milds,never did find a menthol vape for all day. I liked TV Tobacco/Menthol,but I dont even vape menthol now. So IMHO,there is no replacement for cig menthol. I now must have a good cappuccino for all day vape,go figure........
