Looking for the best vape shops on the US east coast

I live in northern Va. and have no decent vape shops within an hour drive. I do however drive up and down the east coast quite a bit. Im driving to Niagara Falls this weekend would appreciate suggestions for vape shops along the way. I would also like to hear about the biggest and best shops on the east coast.
