Hi Sennie,
So sorry to hear about the accident, and so glad to hear you are relatively ok. And kudos to you for hanging in with the vaping. I was hit by another car about two months ago now and it left me with an injury that has taken some time, and physio, to come near being right. Still vaping though. I'd say hang in there but I know you are, and do. Hopefully 2013 is the silver lining year.

what happened with your accident? My Dr sent me to the ER which did a bunch of xrays, nothing broken, just whiplash and the bruising to my face but hopefully nothing permanent. Dr said the numbness should go away soon but it could take a few weeks. She gave me 3 meds, valium, meloxicam, and methocarbamol. Never heard of the last 2 but they''re supposed to be anti inflammatories.
It would be GREAT if 2013 was a silver lining year!! lol

this is why I don't even like to talk on the phone while I'm driving, I know me, I am easily distracted and I don't think I could live with myself if my distractions got someone else hurt or killed!!

Well Sennie if you were closer I would lend you my tank err I mean '71 Buick Ain't nothing tin about that car Whiplash sucks because you always feel worse before you feel better. Try taking a hot bath with 2 cups of apple cider vinegar. Smells but works great on muscle spasms. I put a few drops of essential oils in to lessen the stench

lol I hear ya, I miss the reliability of an old car..... that and the lack of a car payment! Rose as weird as this sounds, I can deal with the pain, I take some ibuprophen and it takes the edge off, it's the people staring at me that drives me nuts!! I'm basically a shy person, I HATE being the center of attention ESPECIALLY when I look like I've been in a fight and I lost! If I have to look like I've been in a fight why can't I at least look like I won?! And if I must be the center of attention I want it to be because I won the pulitzer prize for an AMAZING photograph or something like that!! lol

Glad nothing was broken. I had x-rays and no breaks also. Unfortunately anti-inflammatories cause me problems so I have had to recover without them.
I hope you are't having too much pain with it.

Mostly a sore mouth, face, headaches, and stiff, sore neck. But was told nothing permanent. I have to see my regular Dr in 2 weeks and ER Dr said she might want to do physical therapy on my neck but we'll see. HOPEFULLY I'll be back to normal by then.
