Looking for this specific model

Greetings everyone, I stumbled upon a picture of an e-cig that I just love the model of. I've searched and searched to try and pinpoint it to no avail I figured I would ask here since I'm sure someone might be able to identify said model! I just love the look of it.

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be fantastic.
