look into a 18650 mech mod and an RBA of some sort like a dripper or genesis rba make sure your batteryes will handle the amps and know how to use a DVOM well. and you can produce giant clouds of vapor.
I am not yet comfortable with rba's. What would I need to buy?

I've never used the Iclear, but from what I've read the protank produces a bit more vapor. I've been using my protankII mini for several months and can't see where I would really want much more vapor for everyday use. A rebuildable and mech battery would be fun, but I don't think it practical for constant use (like at work).
IClears can be finicky.... I used them to start but quickly found the ProTank 2's. They are cheaper to maintain in my opinion and they are glass... Meaning I can use the tank crackers that I can't in the iClears.

Iclear is a dual coil clearo so it produces more vapor at lower wattages (you're actually vaping at 5.25 watts--if your atomizer is rated at 1.8Ω, it consists of two 3.6Ω coils).
